T&Cs – Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop salthurry.com of Salty Fuel, Inh. Cuccaro (hereinafter "Provider").

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentation in the shop is not a binding offer. By completing the order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation.

4. Prices

The prices stated at the time of the order in Swiss Francs (CHF) apply. The Provider is not subject to VAT; all prices are exclusive of VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address you specify. Information on shipping costs and delivery times can be found under "Shipping & Delivery".

7. Returns and Revocation

There is no right of return, exchange, or revocation. Due to food hygiene reasons, returns are excluded. Exceptions are demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered products – please report within 7 days of receipt to vivien.cuccaro@outlook.com.

8. Warranty / Defects

In the case of demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered products, we will provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately upon receipt.

9. Liability

The Provider's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence.

10. Data Protection

Our privacy policy applies.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the Provider's registered office (Andeer, Canton Graubünden).
