For reasons of food hygiene, we do not accept returns. There is no right of return, exchange, or withdrawal.

Defective or Incorrect Delivery

If a product is demonstrably defective or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact vivien.cuccaro@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

For legitimate complaints, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method or provide a free replacement.
