In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online orders. Accordingly, we do not grant a right of withdrawal.
For reasons of food hygiene, returns are excluded. This excludes demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered products – details can be found under "Refunds & Returns" and in our General Terms and Conditions.
